Average Ticket Response Time
Our standard ticket resolution time is 2-4 hours. Positive Retail use a Freshdesk ticketing system to assist clients. When submitted tickets are allocated a priority rating and actioned according to this. We encourage clients to call us on 01 629 6058 if tickets are urgent.
